Abstract

This research by having a short review of current “economic world and Muslim Ummah” discusses the present modern economic challenge. Economics is a worldwide problem. Its significance is understandable for every country۔In a country, the trade and market survive on the basis of economic. To Muslims, it includes Halal / lawful things whereas, to non-Muslims it includes essential items without any constraint of being Halal. The country that makes progress economically will better rule in the world; and people of this country will be prosperous. In such countries most of the social evils either do not exist or their ratio is low. A Muslim naturally raises question as to why we still face poverty and economic decline despite the fact that we are rich in resources. There are many reasons for this decline but the big reason is lack of education and research. Western governments have reserved all their resources for research work. In developed countries, every institute, university and company has a research center or lab attached to it, which is helpful in earning billions of dollar for the country. On the contrary, Muslim countries does not provide their scholars such facilities, therefore progress and economic growth is slow. Inductive methodology will be used in this research.
