This paper presents an analytically describing the educational responsibility of the state and the educational rights of the residents, a brief outline of the educational structure of the Islamic state has been mentioned in the light of Seerat Tayyaba .The paper is related to the education system of the state, therefore, the educational and moral background of the powerful and advanced states before the arrival of the Prophetﷺ, has been briefly reviewed in order to know that before the arrival of the Teacher of Humanityﷺ. What was the state of education in the advanced civilizations of the world before Islam?Since the arrival of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the springs of knowledge began to spread in this universe and immediately after the Prophet's (B) visit, Dar Arqam became the first school of education and training in Makkah. The Prophet (ﷺ) made the acquisition of knowledge compulsory for Muslims like other duties. Scholars and scholars explained the virtues of knowledge. As soon as they saw it, the city of Madinah began to shine as a city of knowledge on the horizon of the world. All kinds of people were prepared from here. and spread to other areas. The Prophet (ﷺ) encouraged people of every class to acquire knowledge and organized at the state level, which took care of children's education, adult education, women's education, and even the educational rights of minorities. In the light of what should be the education system of the state. Keeping the hadiths and the Prophet's biography in front, about twelve topics have been briefly mentioned.
