This research study investigates the concepts of permissibility and prohibition regarding utilitarian objects in the context of terrestrial life. The purpose of this study is to clarify how religious and moral frameworks address the use and regulation of goods deemed beneficial to human existence. It explores the principles that govern what is considered permissible or forbidden from various religious, cultural and legal perspectives. The analysis begins with a review of the underlying texts and beliefs that influence the permissibility of objects. This includes an examination of religious scriptures, legal codes, and ethical theories that define the boundaries of acceptable use. The study then examines contemporary issues where these principles apply, such as in the context of modern technology, medical advances, and environmental sustainability. Key findings show that the permissibility of utilitarian goods often depends on their alignment with basic moral values and societal needs. In contrast, substances deemed harmful or harmful to human health are prohibited. This study highlights the dynamic nature of these concepts, as they adapt to social norms and technological innovations. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of how ethical and legal frameworks intertwine with practical considerations in the regulation of commodities. By addressing these issues, the study provides insights into balancing benefits and harms, thereby guiding the application of these principles in contemporary contexts. These findings are intended to inform policymakers, scholars, and practitioners about the complexities of permission and prohibition in modern life.
